Each week before you shop, you will need to unlock your available Your Nectar Price offers, these refresh every Friday.  To browse the products available to you through Your Nectar Prices, sign into your account on the Nectar app or via www.nectar.com.  To find your offers, open the Nectar app and head to the Sainsbury’s tab and toggle to ‘Your Nectar Prices’ simply unlock the ones you want to redeem.  You can also unlock Your Nectar Price offers in the Nectar tab when you are logged into your groceries online account; or on Smartshop (in the App or the handset). You can also unlock Your Nectar Price offers in the Nectar tab when you are logged into your groceries online account; or on Smartshop (in the App or the handset). 

To redeem an unlocked Your Nectar Price instore, head to your nearest Sainsbury's supermarket and purchase the exact product either by using SmartShop (via the SmartShop app or handset) or when you checkout at the tills and ensure that you have scanned/swiped  Nectar before you select “Payment Option” You can also shop unlocked Your Nectar Price items instore in Sainsbury’s Locals using Smartshop app and when you scan/swipe your Nectar. 

If you have added your Nectar account to your grocery online account, you can also redeem an unlocked Your Nectar Price item online at Sainsbury’s (Sainsburys.co.uk or app) when you book your delivery or collection slot.   

Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout provided you have unlocked your relevant offers and you scan/swipe Nectar.

You can spend Nectar points by scanning the QR code in the Nectar app or your device wallet in Sainsbury’s stores.

You can spend Nectar points using the plastic card at Sainsbury’s stores by swiping the black magnetic strip down the side of the chip and PIN machine. You can no longer spend points using the barcode on your card at Sainsbury’s.

You can scan the barcode on your Nectar app or your plastic card to spend Nectar points at Esso Petrol stations.

If you register your Nectar card online, you can:

• manage your personal details
• see how you've collected or spent points
• opt into special offers and promotions.

You can register your card on nectar.com. Enter the last 11 digits of your Nectar card number (everything after '3000') and follow the steps.

You can update your:

• name
• email address
• phone number
• postal address

To do so, log in to Nectar on either the app or on nectar.com.

Then, go to 'Your details' on nectar.com.

If you're using the Nectar app you should:

• go to Your account
• select Personal Details
• choose any details you'd like to change from the menu.
  

As Nectar is a UK loyalty programme, you'll need to register your card at a UK address in order to take part.

This includes:
• England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland,
• the Channel Islands and
• the Isle of Man.

Sorry, but we can't register:
• BFPO addresses,
• PO boxes or
• addresses in overseas territories such as Gibraltar.
