Why am I not receiving a verification code?
If you're not receiving a verification code (Nectar two-factor authentication (2FA) code), it's usually because your registered contact details need updating, the code has expired, or you've requested too many codes within a short period.
Verification codes are sent by SMS or email to help keep your account secure. These codes are valid for 5 minutes, so you'll need to use them promptly after receiving them.
First, check that the mobile number and email address linked to your Nectar account are correct. If you're expecting a code by email, remember to check your spam or junk folder. If you're expecting a text message, make sure your phone has signal and can receive SMS messages.
For security reasons, there is a limit to how many times a verification code can be resent. If you've exceeded the maximum number of requests, your account may be temporarily locked from receiving new codes until the security lock is reset.
If you've checked your details and still haven't received a 2FA code, please us via the Live Chat button below. We'll help verify your account and get you back into your account as quickly as possible.
