This normally means that you have finished all rewarded milestones for a game. If you did not get to play the game for this long, it could mean that the game can no longer be found installed on your device. This happens if you remove the game from your device and download it again afterwards. Or if you access your Nectar Arcade account from a different phone or if the game was already on your phone before. In these cases, you are unable to collect further Nectar points for this game.

Please wait for the game to finish downloading to your device and refresh Nectar Arcade. Do not forget to allow the game that you downloaded to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies to ensure completed challenges are accurately tracked. Please keep in mind that you have to get the game from the App Store after you select it from your Nectar Arcade game feed. If you have not downloaded the game from the App Store or you went directly to the App Store for the download without selecting it from the game feed, you cannot be rewarded for your progress.

I played for a long time on Android but only got a few Nectar Points.

Nectar Arcade reward mechanism gets more rewarding the longer you play on Android devices (if Enhanced Tracking is allowed). While you already earn from the first minute, the milestones afterwards take a bit longer to complete - but they also award more Nectar points. In your "My games" section, you can see in real-time how long it still takes you to reach your next reward. If you feel like the time isn't moving forward, you can try refreshing the game feed or check your network connection. After you finished the last milestone, you can no longer collect Nectar points for the game.
