Nectar Arcade rewards you for the milestones you have reached in downloaded games. For iOS, these milestones are based on levels reached. Pick any game from your game feed, play it and collect points. The more milestones you complete, the more points you will collect.

Any game you want to play, must be downloaded from the App Store. In very rare cases, it could be that your device or country is not supported for the game.

Don't worry, this is what should happen. You can only be rewarded Nectar points for games that you get from the App Store.

The recommendation system handpicks the available games and offers. New games are added on a regular basis, so they will end up in your suggestions at some point.

Ensure you have completed the current milestone completely. If not, keep playing until you complete the milestone to get your reward. "My games" section tells you if you've completed a milestone or not. In other cases, it could also be that you have already finished all the milestones for this game. Otherwise, you might need to refresh the game feed, restart the app, or check your network connection - it could be that not all completed challenges have yet been processed. Rewards are not granted for games that were removed from the device and downloaded again at a later time. For any queries, contact Nectar’s Customer Service.

This normally means that you have finished all rewarded milestones for a game. If you did not get to play the game for this long, it could mean that the game can no longer be found installed on your device. This happens if you remove the game from your device and download it again afterwards. Or if you access your Nectar Arcade account from a different phone or if the game was already on your phone before. In these cases, you are unable to collect further Nectar points for this game.

Please wait for the game to finish downloading to your device and refresh Nectar Arcade. Do not forget to allow the game that you downloaded to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies to ensure completed challenges are accurately tracked. Please keep in mind that you have to get the game from the App Store after you select it from your Nectar Arcade game feed. If you have not downloaded the game from the App Store or you went directly to the App Store for the download without selecting it from the game feed, you cannot be rewarded for your progress.

During the offer period, you will get bonus points for playing Nectar Arcade. Please note that this only applies to new games that you have started playing during the offer period. Unfortunately, once you uninstall a game, you cannot earn further Nectar points, even if you reinstall it. However, any Nectar points you earned before will remain in your account.

If you feel like the time isn't moving forward, you can try refreshing the game feed or check your network connection. After you finished the last milestone, you can no longer collect Nectar points for the game.
