Why am I not getting rewards on Android?
Ensure you have completed the current milestone completely. If not, keep playing for a few more minutes to get your Nectar points. The "My games" section tells you what milestone you need to reach or how much more play time (if Enhanced Tracking is allowed) is needed per game. In other cases, it could also be that you have already finished all the milestones for this game. Otherwise, you might need to refresh the game feed, restart this app, or check your network connection - it could be that not all play time has yet been processed. Rewards are not granted for games that were removed from the device and downloaded again at a later time. For any queries, contact Nectar’s Customer Service.
