Where is my Uber voucher and why can't I use it?
After redeeming your Nectar points, your Uber voucher will be emailed to your registered Nectar email address and may also appear in the Wallet section of your Uber app. If you haven't received your voucher, check your junk or spam folders first. If your Nectar points have been deducted but you still haven't received the voucher, contact Nectar via the Live Chat button below. If you've received the voucher but it's not working during checkout, contact Uber Support through the Uber app.
