Why can't I link my Nectar card to my Ambassador Cruises account?
If you're having trouble linking your Nectar card, first make sure you're registered as a digital Nectar member and can sign in to your Nectar account. Linking your Nectar account is required to earn and redeem points with Ambassador Cruises.
If you've forgotten your password, try resetting it using the "Forgot password" option on the Nectar sign-in page. If you're still unable to access your account, you may need to resolve an account issue before linking can be completed.
