Why didn't my Nectar special offer prices apply at checkout?
If a Nectar special offer didn't apply, it could be because:
• Your Nectar card or Nectar app QR code wasn't scanned before payment.
• The product purchased wasn't included in the Nectar special offers promotion.
• The Nectar Special Offer for that particular item had ended.
• The offer conditions weren't met.
To check what happened:
• Review your receipt to confirm the products purchased.
• Check the offer details and eligibility requirements.
• Make sure your Nectar account was linked to the transaction.
