Why haven't I received my Nectar points from Uber?

Try these troubleshooting steps, check that:

  • Your Nectar account was linked before placing your order.
  • Your order was placed through an eligible Sainsbury's storefront on Uber.
  • Your order was completed successfully and wasn't cancelled.
  • The expected processing time has passed.
