Why isn't my Nectar card linking to my Uber account?
To link your Nectar account successfully, make sure you've entered the correct Nectar card number, your Nectar account is active, and your account details match those held by Nectar.
If you've recently updated your account information, it may take a short time for the changes to be recognised. If you're still unable to link your account after checking these details, please contact Uber Support for assistance.
