I’ve loaded an offer from the Nectar app but haven’t received the points — what now?
Check the following:
- Timing: Points may take up to 28 days after the offer has ended to appear. The expiry date is listed on the offer page.
- Exclusions: Some products may be excluded. Review the offer terms and conditions.
If points have not appeared after 28 days, chat to a Nectar help colleague.
