When will I receive my Sainsbury's Energy bonus points?
Sign-up bonus points are normally awarded within approximately 30 days of your Sainsbury's Energy supply start date, provided your Nectar card has been linked correctly and all eligibility requirements have been met.
If you are expecting a promotional reward:
• Confirm that your supply is live.
• Check that your Nectar card was linked when the promotion was applied.
• Allow up to 30 days for the bonus points to be issued.
• Check that you qualified for the specific promotion or tariff offer.
If more than 30 days have passed since your supply start date and the points have not been awarded, contact Sainsbury's Energy for support.
