Why does the checkout screen show 0 points when I am using the till instore?
Your points will show as 0 until you unlock spending, but you can find your points balance in the Nectar app. The checkout screen will also show 0 points if you have unlocked spending after applying Nectar to the checkout or using SmartShop, and you will need assistance from a colleague to void and reapply Nectar once spending is unlocked. You must unlock spending before using SmartShop or scanning Nectar at the checkout.
If your spending is not locked, but the checkout screen still shows 0 points your account might be blocked. Please contact the Nectar helpline if you think your account is blocked.
