Why is my linked Nectar card not working for redemption?
Points can only be redeemed using the same Nectar card that is linked to your Ambassador Cruise Line account. If you try to redeem points using a different Nectar card, the redemption won't be accepted.
Make sure you're using the Nectar card that was linked to the account when setting up your redemption eligibility.
