QR code
Why is there a QR code and a barcode in my Nectar app?
You may need to use either the barcode or the QR code in different circumstances.
Use the QR code:
- to collect and spend points in Sainsbury’s stores
- to collect points at Dulux Decorator Centre
Use the barcode:
- when collecting points using Pay at Pump at Sainsbury’s petrol stations
- when collecting and spending points at Esso petrol stations
You can still use your existing barcode on your existing card to collect points at Sainsbury’s stores
