What does locking my points spending do?
If you choose to lock spending on your account, neither you nor any additional collectors on your account will be able to spend points that you have collected until you decide to unlock. The spend lock will be visible to any additional collectors. However, only the primary collector can lock and unlock spend.
How long does spending take to unlock?
It is usually instant but may take longer in busy stores or during busy times. Unlock before you shop to spend your points.
Can I lock points spending on a Business account?
No. Only personal Nectar accounts can lock their spending in the Nectar app or web. Business customers should call the Nectar helpline on 0344 811 0811 to lock their spending.
