Why can’t I lock or unlock spending?
If you're a primary collector on your account and still can't lock or unlock, you may need to check your internet connection. Try again once you are connected.
If you are an additional collector, you won't be able to unlock points spending on your account. If you want to change your spending lock settings as an additional collector, you'll need to contact the primary collector on the account.
