Yes. Up to 99 cardholders can share the same Nectar account. All users will collect into and spend from the same points balance.

We highly recommend setting up Biometric Authorisation (Fingerprint or Facial recognition). This is the fastest and the most secure way to access your Nectar account, and saves you time during login.

Yes, linking your Nectar card is a required step before you can earn your Nectar points. To successfully collect points, your Nectar card must be active on your account during the transaction. This triggers the rewards system automatically at checkout. If your card isn’t linked when you pay, points cannot be awarded for that order later.

The number of Nectar points required depends on the attraction, ticket type and selected visit date. Exact pricing will be displayed during the online booking process which allows customers to opt between full points redemption or part-payment with cash.

Nectar points can be used for selected Merlin special events and experiences, depending on availability. Seasonal attractions, themed events and limited time experiences may also appear on the official booking platform throughout the year.

Nectar Uber vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
